These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile applications and web services published by Bleek Vision LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), including:
By downloading, installing, or using any of these apps or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
License
Bleek Vision LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.
You may not:
- Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any app
- Copy, distribute, or sublicense any app or its content
- Use any app for unlawful purposes
- Attempt unauthorized access to any system or network
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices
Purchases and Refunds
In-app purchases and one-time unlocks are processed by Apple via StoreKit. All transactions are subject to Apple's payment terms.

- FOCUS//DECK — optional Pro one-time unlock, no subscription
- UNCONTAINED — one-time purchase, no ads, no timers
- MomKnows! — one-time purchase, no subscription, ever
- Cipher Protocol — pricing TBD at launch
To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Bleek Vision LLC does not process refunds directly.
Your Data and Your Responsibility
MadWeather uses your device location transiently to retrieve weather data via Apple WeatherKit. This location is not stored by Bleek Vision LLC.
MomKnows! stores all data exclusively on your device. There is no cloud sync, no server backup, and no account system. You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups. Bleek Vision LLC cannot recover lost data.
MomKnows! is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, or financial advice. Information stored in the app is for personal reference only.
Estoppel Bot
The following terms apply specifically to Estoppel Bot and supplement the general terms above.
Subscription and Billing
Estoppel Bot is a paid web subscription billed directly by Bleek Vision LLC — not through Apple. Current plans:
- Core — $20/month: Single user, up to 5 active estoppel drives, deadline tracking, tenant request portal
- Pro — $49/month: Unlimited drives, team access, AI-assisted discrepancy review, priority support
Subscriptions renew monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled directly by Bleek Vision LLC. To request a refund, email malik@bleekvision.com within 7 days of a charge. We review each request individually. Do not use reportaproblem.apple.com — Apple does not process Estoppel Bot transactions.
Not Legal Advice
Estoppel Bot is a document workflow tool, not a law firm, and its output does not constitute legal advice. The app assists with organizing and collecting estoppel certificate information; it does not review, validate, or certify the legal sufficiency of any document. You are responsible for having all documents reviewed by qualified legal counsel before relying on them in a transaction.
Early Access
Estoppel Bot is currently in early access. Features, pricing, and availability may change. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to subscribers.
Your Content
You retain ownership of all data you upload to Estoppel Bot. By using the app, you grant Bleek Vision LLC a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the service. We do not use your workbench data for any other purpose.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and branding in Bleek Vision apps — including the Bleek Vision name and logo — are owned by Bleek Vision LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Weather data displayed in MadWeather is owned by Apple Inc. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. BLEEK VISION LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPS WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BLEEK VISION LLC AND SHABAKA MALIK BANKS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPS.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New Jersey.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted with a revised effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the apps after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
